Refund policy

Website Fix Sprint is a one-time service. If we have not confirmed scope and have not started work, you can request a full refund.

After scope is confirmed and work has started, refunds apply only if we cannot complete the agreed task.

A refund does not apply because you later want a different task, a redesign, or extra pages. Those need a new order.
